4A and 4B coily hair needs deep moisture and sealing. Use a rich conditioner, leave-in and a butter or oil to seal. Deep condition every wash day — coily hair naturally loses moisture quickly.
Coily hair (4A–4B) has a tighter S or Z spiral with a visible curl pattern. Afro 4C has the tightest zigzag with very little definition without product. Both need maximum moisture.
