Welcome to Naturally. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at naturallyshop.co.za and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing or using our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

Naturally is a South African online retailer specialising in Brazilian curl care products for natural, textured hair. Our store is operated by Naturally, based in Broadacres, Sandton, Johannesburg, Gauteng, 2056, South Africa. Contact us at naturallyshopsa@gmail.com.

Our store is powered by Shopify. Any purchases you make are made directly with Naturally — Shopify is not a party to your transaction and is not responsible for the products you purchase.

2. Eligibility

By using our store you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree that all information you provide — including name, address, and payment details — is accurate and complete.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, ingredients, and images. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. We do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free and reserve the right to correct errors at any time.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion. Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it by email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered across South Africa via Bob Go. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Free delivery applies on orders over R900.

6. Returns and refunds

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy on unused, unopened products. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy at naturallyshop.co.za/policies/refunds.

7. Intellectual property

All content on naturallyshop.co.za — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by Naturally or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our store without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Naturally is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our store or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA) of South Africa.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use our store for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or fraudulent content, to impersonate any person, or to interfere with the operation of the store or its security. We reserve the right to suspend access to any user who violates these Terms.

10. Privacy

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our store will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
